At PerfectPadel, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging.

• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We cannot be responsible for lost returns if tracking is not available.
